Young People with Disabilities Service
The Young People with Disabilities Service is the Social Care team that work with our pupils as they prepare to leave school. The school can help refer to them if your young person is not receiving support from Social Care already.

Parent Led Support Organisation, with a large number of resources.

Travel Training
Travel Training can give people with a learning disability the confidence and skills to travel independently on buses, trains and walking routes.

The Future Timetable
The Future timetable is a blank week template that can be used as a planning tool for you to see what a week might look like for your young person once they have left school. If you work or have particular commitments this might help you see where you especially need support.
